Igualmente, el tema se coloca NUMERO UNO en la cartelera Latin Pop.

MIAMI, FL (July 13, 2009) - For the FIVE weeks, Paulina Rubio locks down the NUMBER ONE spot on Billboard magazine’s Hot Latin Songs in the United States and Puerto Rico with her hit single, “CAUSA Y EFECTO“, off her highly anticipated new album GRAN CITY POP.
Parallel to this, Paulina Rubio continues to hold the #1 spot on the Pop Sales chart for two consecutive weeks. Her first single, “Causa y Efecto” is NUMBER ONE for the fourth consecutive week on Billboard Magazine’s Hot Latin Songs, while at the same time is #1 on the Latin Pop chart.
“CAUSA Y EFECTO”, is the first single off her new album, GRAN CITY POP which days after its release earned Platinum status for high sales in the United States and Puerto Rico.
Paulina Rubio traveled to Mexico in order to continue her Gran City Promotional tour with her album GRAN CITY POP, which debuted #1 on the country’s sales charts and received a GOLD album.
Paulina Rubio will return to the U.S. on July 16 to form part of the Premios Juventud award show on the Univision network at 8pm, where she will once again captivate fans with a unique rendition of radio’s #1 song, “Causa y Efecto”.
